For those individuals that have invested in the property market you will no doubt come to terms with the fact that keeping on top of the maintenance of your investment can be very time consuming. Paul joined Close Brothers Asset Management in June 2009 from Singer & Friedlander where he had worked for the previous 25 years, latterly heading Investment Management Operations at Singer & Friedlander, covering all aspects of Private Client Fund Administration in his career there.
He has also accumulated wide- ranging industry experience and previous firms for whom he has worked include Quilter, Capel Cure Myers Investment Management Edinburgh (now Barclays Wealth ) as well as Invesco Private Portfolio Management and Fergusson Hall Stewart (now Investec) in South Africa.

He previously covered the East and West Midlands as a Regional Sales Manager at Premier Asset Management, as well as working at Old Mutual Wealth as the Investment Specialist supporting the Midlands region, focused on discretionary and multi-asset solutions.
He graduated from Durham University with first class honours in Natural Sciences and became a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment following completion of the CISI Masters in Wealth Management, receiving a distinction in the Applied Wealth Management paper.
